Over a lot of time, yes. But if the stretch marks are wide and white, they may never go away. Purple stretch marks can slowly disappear.

Ill be honest, ive never had skin resurfacing, but I have had laser surgery to remove some of my surgery scars. One of my scars is completely invisible now and the other one is barely visible. I definately recommend it to anyone.
