I’ve had acne since I was 12 I’m 14 now an I’ve been on medication but like 3 weeks ago I got those pimples that are under the skin on my face and now I have like… Pink scars? What can I do for this? Also my dermatologist said I could get chemical peels.. Do they work?

I am in the EXACT same situation as you are in. I clean my face with soap then clean my face with medicine. I touch my face alot so they never go away. Thats the problem, touch your face alot and the chemicals on your hand will get on your face and spread and make your face greasy and get worse.

I had my first chemical peel last month, and i feel it lightened up the discoloration, but my mom says there is not much difference. Should i have a 2nd and possibly third session of chemical peel so maybe results will be better?

Also, do you usually get one chemical peel or many for it to be effictive? Anybody ever had this done? Is the fact that my skin is very fair going to matter?

I never had it done, but I would use many chemical peels. Maybe ask a Dermatologist.
