I do not have a lot of extra skin or anything, but I have had 2 kids and still have a little pug to get rid of and it will not go away! So, therefore I am contemplating either a tummy tuck or liposuction. Thanks for your help.

For losing weight you should try to play football. it is the best way to lose weight. if you cant do that. Do some regular exercises. do jogging in early morning, cycling or swimming in the evening, eat more vegetables in dinner and lunch, like make salad for your self 4 to 5 vegies in each salad. take fruits in break fast, Add green tea in your diet after dinner. and lemon juice in your breakfast. and also do one more exercise that is do workout on on stairs at your home go up and down. it is very effective.

I have a deviated septum, and my insurance covers the cost of repairing it with a septoplasty. Assuming this means it covers hospital costs and anesthesia etc. how much would you expect it to cost me to have them perform a small rhinoplasty at the same time to get rid of my nasal bump? I’ve heard this is the way to go since all other costs are covered, and was wondering what to expect! Thanks!

I do not have the actual $ $ $ amoutnfor your specifics. BUT….. what you can do is phone the college of physicians& surgeons, in your particular CITY. They have what you refer to as the PHYSICIAN’S PRICE BOOK. A doctor cannot jsut charge any old $ $ $ , but is guided by this Compendium, that offers a price RANGE, dollar amount ( from-to)..Depending on his Medical Specialty…Phone them and get a QUOTE. Have to start somewhere…Has your regular MD referrred you to a Specialist ?? At such time photos WILL be taken, the BEFORES and then the AFTERS once the surgery has been completed…A lot of questions to be asked at these appointments. Write them down. Take a person with you that has EXCELLENT LISTENING SKILLS, to assist you to ABSORB what the discussion is ALL about/what it ENTAILS. That is your moment !!! Once you get to the hospital, NOT a good idea to take the 60 minutes to INQUIRE. The time to do this is IN THE MEDICAL OFFICE/Your opportunity then. Leave no questions unturned. Come away from the office feeling INFORMED,, of so you should ! My personal best to you !!
