Closed Rhinoplasty in 10 Minutes — A full “closed” rhinoplasty surgery, fit into 10 minutes. 
This rhinoplasty was performed by Michael S. Schwartz, MD — www.drmichaelschwartz.com — in Pasadena, CA. It is a closed rhinoplasty, and so no incisions are visible after surgery. This particular rhinoplasty was done very conservatively, as only minor changes were requested. Soundtrack is Beethoven’s Symphony #5 in C Minor, performed by Skidmore College Orchestra. Oh btw i’ve had rhinoplasty before and don’t worry about any pain. You can’t feel any. your nose just feels heavy (because your whole face is usually swollen) and your mouth is also hard to open for food (my lips were swollen a little also). but it took a week or so for everything to start feeling good. plus i got a week off from school. weehee! lol
eh…honestly i think the finished nose didn’t even look even on both sides.
